Submit this application with your non-refundable application fee of $60.00 ($20.00 for each additional child).

You will receive an email from our Board Registration Chair confirming receipt of your application and payment.
Please include both parent's names and contact info for each application.
Enter the parent who will be the primary parent attending classes first, then add other parent's info second.
You will then be asked for your 2nd choice of class as well as information about your child.
When your application is accepted and your family is given enrollment, you will then be asked to share more information.
